SOUTH PACIFIC NUCLEAR FREE ZONE TREATY ACT 1986 No. 140, 1986 - SECT 10

Possession of, or control over, nuclear explosive devices prohibited

10. A person who-

   (a)  possesses a nuclear explosive device; or

   (b)  has control over a nuclear explosive device, is guilty of an offence
        against this section.
