SPECIAL PROSECUTORS ACT 1982 No. 79, 1982 - SECT 21

Regulations 

21. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out
or giving effect to this Act.
