SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993 No. 80, 1993 - SECT 49
Terms and conditions of appointment
49. (1) The Tribunal Chairperson holds office, subject to this Division, for
such period, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of
appointment.
(2) The Tribunal Chairperson holds office on such terms and conditions (if
any) in respect of matters not provided for by this Division as are determined
by the Governor-General.
