SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993 No. 80, 1993 - SECT 29

Conferences may be conducted by telephone or other means of communication

29. The Tribunal may determine that a conciliation conference is to be
conducted by:

   (a)  telephone; or

   (b)  closed - circuit television; or

   (c)  any other means of communication.
