STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 35

35. Section 40 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "Active Citizen Military Forces" and
substituting "Australian Army Reserve";

(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) "Active Citizen Military Forces" and
substituting "Australian Army Reserve"; and

(c) by omitting from sub-section (2) "those Forces" and substituting "that
Reserve".
