STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 32

32. Section 32 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (1) and substituting the following
        sub-section:

"(1) The Permanent Military Forces consist of 3 forces, namely, the Australian
Regular Army, the Regular Army Supplement and the Regular Army Emergency
Reserve.";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (c) "Citizen Military Forces" and
        substituting "Australian Army Reserve";

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (4) "Citizen Military Forces" and
        substituting "Australian Army Reserve"; and

   (d)  by omitting sub-section (5).
