STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 28

28. Section 10A of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) by inserting in sub-section (4) "full time military" after

"continuous";

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (5) ", in the Regular Army Reserve or in
        the Citizen Military Forces" and substituting "or in the Australian
        Army Reserve"; and

(c) by inserting in sub-section (5) "full time military" after

"continuous".
