STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 17

17. (1) Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end
thereof the following sub-section:



"(8) An application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of a requirement made under this section.".

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) applies in relation to a requirement
made under section 10 of the Australian Film Commission Act 1975 made before
or after the commencement of this section.
