STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 15

15. (1) Section 21 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
is substituted: Review of revocation of authority

"21. An application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of a revocation by the Commissioner of Taxation under section 20 of an
authority granted to a banker under this Division.".

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) applies in relation to a revocation
by the Commissioner of Taxation under section 20 of the Australian Capital
Territory Taxation (Administration) Act 1969 effected before or after the
commencement of this section.
