NOTE On the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent:

   (a)  the heading to section 55B of the Judiciary Act 1903 is amended by
        inserting "or federal-type" after "federal".

   (b)  the headings to sections 30A and 31 of the Superannuation Act 1976 are
        altered by omitting "Principal member" and substituting "Chairperson";
        and

   (c)  the heading to section 39 of the Superannuation Act 1976 is altered by
        omitting "principal member" and substituting "Chairperson".
