STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT (No. 1) 1986 No. 76, 1986 - SECT 6

6. The amendments of sections 5 and 23 of the Overseas Telecommunications Act
1946 made by this Act do not affect the validity of the appointment of a
person who held office as the Chairman of the Promotions Appeal Board
immediately before the commencement of those amendments but those amendments
apply to a person who so held office as well as to a person who is appointed
as the Chairman of the Promotions Appeal Board after that commencement.
