5. The amendments of sections 46, 148D and 424, and the repeal of sections 86,
87, 100, 105 to 107 (inclusive), 111, 112, 114, 115, 179, 181, 387B and 398,
of the Navigation Act 1912, effected by this Act do not apply in relation to
an agreement under section 46 of that Act that was in force immediately before
the day fixed under sub-section 2 (16) of this Act.
