Operation of amendment of Health Insurance Act 1973

9. The amendment of section 130A of the Health Insurance Act 1973 made by this
Act shall, for the purposes of sub-section 9 (5) of the Statute Law
(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1984, be deemed to have been made by
that last-mentioned Act.
