STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT (No. 1) 1985 No. 65, 1985 - SECT 7

7. (1) Sub-section 154 (1) of the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982
as amended by this Act applies in relation to a review commenced after the
commencement of this section.

(2) An appointment of a legal officer in force under sub-section 154 (1) of
the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982 immediately before the commencement of
this section has effect, after that commencement, as if it had been made under
that sub-section of that Act as amended by this Act.
