STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT (No. 1) 1985 No. 65, 1985 - SECT 5

5. An approval or permission in force for the purposes of sub-section 15 (2)
of the Australian Citizenship Act 1948 immediately before the commencement of
this section has effect, after that commencement, as if it were an approval
made for the purposes of sub-paragraph 15 (2) (a) (iv) of that Act as amended
by this Act or a permission given for the purposes of paragraph 15 (2) (b) of
that Act as amended by this Act, as the case requires.
