Operation of amendment of Sales Tax (Exemptions and Classifications) Act 1935

15. The amendment of item 123A in the First Schedule to the Sales Tax
(Exemptions and Classifications) Act 1935 made by this Act shall, for the
purposes of sub-section 9 (1) of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions)
Act (No. 2) 1984, be deemed to have been made by that last-mentioned Act.
