STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT (No. 1) 1985 No. 65, 1985 - SECT 12

12. (1) Notwithstanding the amendments of the Principal Act made by this Act,
section 21 of the Principal Act continues to apply to a licence granted under
that section before the commencement of this section as if those amendments
had not been made.

(2) In sub-section (1), "Principal Act" means the Management and Investment
Companies Act 1983 as amended and in force immediately before the commencement
of this section.
