STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT (No. 1) 1985 No. 65, 1985 - SECT 11

11. (1) Any act or thing done before the commencement of this section under
section 31, 33, 34 or 35 of the Law Reform Commission Act 1973 has effect
after that commencement as if it had been done under the corresponding
provision of Division 3 of Part XI of the Audit Act 1901.

(2) A person who held office as the Chairman or as the Deputy Chairman of the
Law Reform Commission immediately before the commencement of this section
shall, subject to the Law Reform Commission Act 1973, continue to hold office
after that commencement as the President or as the Deputy President, as the
case may be, of the Law Reform Commission.
