99. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(2) all the words from and including ''the repayment'' and substituting ''the
repayment of any advances made by the Bank in pursuance of the arrangement,
and the payment of interest on any advances so made, out of moneys made
available by the Parliament''.
