STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1982 No. 80, 1982 - SECT 69

69. Section 36 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-sections (3)
and (4) and substituting the following sub-section:

''(3) The provisions of section 48 (other than paragraphs (1) (a) and (b) and
sub-section (2) and sections 49, 49A and 50 of the Acts Interpretation Act
1901 apply in relation to orders as if-

   (a)  references in those provisions to regulations were references to
        orders; and

   (b)  references in those provisions to the repeal of a regulation were
        references to the revocation of an order.''.
