STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1982 No. 80, 1982 - SECT 59

59. Section 60 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
''and a Deputy President of the Commission who was appointed before the day on
which this Act received the Royal Assent and is appointed as the President of
the Commission on or after that day holds office as President of the
Commission until he resigns or attains the age of seventy years''.
