Appointment of former narcotics officers to be members
27. Section 26A of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (2) ''sections 25 and 73'' and
substituting ''section 25''; and
(b) by omitting from sub-section (3) ''sections 26 and 73'' and
substituting ''section 26''.
