STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1982 No. 80, 1982 - SECT 26

26. Section 19 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(1) the following sub-section:

''(1A) The Minister may determine the remuneration and allowances of a person
who is, in accordance with sub-section (1), exercising the powers and
performing the functions and duties of the Commissioner or the Deputy
Commissioner, but a person is not entitled to be paid remuneration or
allowances under this section except in respect of the exercise by him of the
powers, and the performance by him of the functions and duties, of the
Commissioner or the Deputy Commissioner, as the case may be, for a period of
at least one week.''.
