STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1982 No. 80, 1982 - SECT 209

209. Notwithstanding the amendments made by this Part, the person who was the
Executive Officer of the Authority immediately before the commencement of this
Part shall, subject to the Parliament House Construction Authority Act 1979,
hold office as the Chief Executive of the Authority, as if he had been
appointed as the Chief Executive of the Authority under section 20 of the
Principal Act as amended by this Part, for the remainder of the period for
which he was appointed as Executive Officer of the Authority under the
Principal Act.
