STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1982 No. 80, 1982 - SECT 169

169. Section 187A of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the definition of ''survey authority''
and substituting the following definition:

'' 'survey authority' means a corporation or association for the survey of
shipping approved by the Minister under section 187BA;''; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (b) of the definition of ''the Container
        Convention'' in sub-section (1) ''any amendment'' and substituting
        ''the amendments to Annex 1 dated 2 April 1981 (a copy of the English
        text of which is set forth in Schedule 5A) and any other amendment''.
