STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1982 No. 80, 1982 - SECT 16

16. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(i) the following paragraph:

''(ia) 'The Department' means the Department of State of the Commonwealth that
is administered by the Minister for the time being administering the Act or
enactment in which or in respect of which the expression is used or, if, for
the time being, different Ministers are administering that Act or enactment in
different respects, the Department of State of the Commonwealth that is
administered by the Minister administering that Act or enactment in the
relevant respect;''.
