STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1982 No. 80, 1982 - SECT 159

159. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (2) '', or a person authorized in writing
        by the Minister to grant remissions under this sub-section,'' and
        substituting ''or an authorized person''; and

(b) by inserting in sub-section (2) ''authorized'' before ''person'' (last
occurring).
