SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 86, 1994 - SECT 98

Consequential amendments and transitional provisions 
98. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subparagraphs (2)(a)(i) and (iii);

   (b)  by omitting paragraphs (2)(c), (d), (e) and (f);

   (c)  by omitting subsections (3), (4) and (6);

   (d)  by omitting from subsection (5) "or (2)".
