SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 86, 1994 - SECT 78
Object of Division
78. The object of this Division is to amend the Principal Act so as to ensure
that the superannuation scheme provided for in that Act is consistent with the
Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
