SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 86, 1994 - SECT 73

Interpretation 
73. Section 169 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting the definition of "'Board' or 'Superannuation Board'";

   (b)  by inserting the following definition:

"'former Board' means the Superannuation Board established by the superseded
Act;".
