SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 86, 1994 - SECT 60
Object of Division
60. The object of this Division is to amend the Principal Act so as to ensure
that the superannuation scheme provided for in that Act is consistent with
paragraph 52(2)(d) of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
