SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 86, 1994 - SECT 6

Invalidity pensioners returning to employment except as permanent employees

6. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting after "office" in paragraph (1)(a) "to which the person was
appointed on a full-time basis";

   (b)  by omitting subsection (2).
