SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 86, 1994 - SECT 52
Object of Division
52. The object of this Division is to amend the Principal Act so as to ensure
that the superannuation scheme provided for in that Act is consistent with
section 244 of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
