SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 86, 1994 - SECT 5

Statutory office holders

5. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting after "office" in paragraph (1)(a) "to which the person has
been appointed on a full-time basis";

   (b)  by omitting subsections (2) and (3).
