SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 86, 1994 - SECT 48

Object of Division

48. The object of this Division is to amend the Principal Act so as to ensure
that the superannuation scheme provided for in that Act is consistent
with the definition of "independent director" in section 10 of the
Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
