SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 86, 1994 - SECT 20

20. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2) and
substituting the following subsections:

"(2) The Commissioner is responsible for:

   (a)  the provision of administrative services to the Board; and

   (b)  the general administration of the superseded Act; a nd

   (c)  any functions conferred on the Commissioner under section 154.

"(3) In providing administrative services to the Board under paragraph (2)(a),
the Commissioner must act in accordance with any policies determined, and any
directions given, by the Board.

"(4) Anything done by the Commissioner in the name of, or on behalf of, the
Board is taken to have been done by the Board.".
