SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 86, 1994 - SECT 17

Object of Division

17. The object of this Division is to amend the Principal Act so as to ensure
that the rules of the superannuation scheme provided for in that Act are
consistent with sections 59 and 60 of the Superannuation Industry
(Supervision) Act 1993.
