SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 187, 1992 - SECT 7

7. Section 4A of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) Subject to subsection (2), a declaration for the purposes of paragraph
(a) or (b) of the definition of 'approved authority' in subsection 3(1) is a
disallowable instrument.";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (3) "referred to in subsection (1)" and
        substituting "for the purposes of paragraph (a) of that definition".
