SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 187, 1992 - SECT 68

68. Section 3B of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(1) the following subsection:

"(1A) In working out under subsection (1) the rate of salary of a remainder
employee for a pay period, any ongoing compensation payments received by the
employee in respect of his or her employment as such an employee during the
first pay period mentioned in that subsection are taken to be salary paid to
the employee.".
