SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 187, 1992 - SECT 67

67. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "(other than
superannuation benefits approved under the Superannuation Benefits
(Supervisory Mechanisms) Act 1990 )" after " superannuation benefits" in
paragraph (d) of the definition of "qualified employee" in subsection (1).
