SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 187, 1992 - SECT 64

Certain authorities to pay part of costs of administration

64. Section 35 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(1) the following subsection:

"(1A) The Board, if directed in writing to do so by the Minister, must prepare
an estimate containing such information as the Minister requires in respect of
such of those costs as are specified by the Minister.".
