SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 187, 1992 - SECT 46

Determinations with respect to interest and notional interest

46. Section 154A of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

"(1A" If, under a provision of this Act, notional interest is to be calculated
on an amount, that interest must be calculated in accordance with a
determination made by the Board for the purposes of that provision.";
(b) by inserting in subsection (2) "or (1A)" after "subsection (1)".
