SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 187, 1992 - SECT 38
Certain former eligible employees not entitled to benefits under Division
38. Section 141 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(1)(c) "Commissioner" and substituting "Board".
