SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 9

9. Section 15A of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting "or the superseded Act" from subparagraph (2) (c) (ii);

   (b)  by inserting in subparagraph (2) (c) (iii) "or the superseded Act"
        after

"this Act";

   (c)  by inserting after subparagraph (2) (c) (iii) the following
        subparagraph:
  "(iv)   a pension of a kind mentioned in section 64A or 65 of the superseded
Act as in force immediately before the repeal of that section was, or but for
a suspension of payment would have been, payable to him or her; or".
