SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 84

84. Section 4G of the Principal Act is amended by inserting at the end the
following subsection:

"(2) For the purpose of section 4EA, the interest fixed under this section in
relation to the Fund on a day is the interest calculated in a way determined
by the Minister.".
