SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 77

77. Section 43 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (c) and substituting the following
        paragraphs:
       "(c)   a member of the staff assisting the
Commissioner in the performance of those duties; or

   (d)  a delegate of the Board in the performance of his or her functions
        under the Act, the regulations or the Trust Deed; or

   (e)  a person who is a member of a Reconsideration Advisory Committee
        established under the Trust Deed in the performance of his or her
        functions under the Trust Deed;";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(3) Any money becoming payable by the Board in respect of an action,
liability, claim or demand is to be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund,
which is appropriated accordingly.".
