SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 76

Cost of medical examination on entry into Superannuation Scheme

76. Section 36 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
paragraph (c) the following word and paragraph:

"or (d) proposes to become, or is, employed by an authority or body (other
than a State authority) whose employees include a person or persons mentioned
in paragraph 6 (1) (h) or (j);".
