SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 73

73. After section 28 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Delegation by Board

"28A. The Board may, by signed instrument, delegate all or any of its powers
under this Act or the regulations to any of the following:

   (a)  a member of the Board;

   (b)  the Commissioner;

   (c)  a member of the staff assisting the Commissioner in the performance of
        his or her functions under this Act.".
