SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 67
Interpretation
67. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following
definition: "`State authority' means an authority or body, whether corporate
or not, established by a State, or by or under a law of a State;".
