SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 130, 1991 - SECT 61

61. Section 237 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:

"(2) For the purposes of this Part, the holder of a statutory office whose
remuneration is paid by an authority or body is taken to be employed by that
authority or body.".
